By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the REVIVOR mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is owned and operated by Revivor Technologies India Private Limited, located at 10A, Sanmati Bhavan, Dattawadi, Nagpur - 440023.

The App provides end-to-end solutions to sustainability and circularity companies, covering sourcing through disposal of goods while providing traceability, invoice generation, e-way bills, and related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered business in India to use the App.

4. User Account

• Users may be required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or authorized business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App for illegal activities.

6. Purchases and Payments

• Services of this App require payment.
• All prices are displayed in applicable currency and are subject to change.
• Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
• Applicable taxes may be charged.

7. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to applicable store policies and our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Revivor Technologies India Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. User Content

If users upload content:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content for operating the App.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revivor Technologies India Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and become effective upon publication.
